Can anyone help with these symptoms? Feel dizzy and then panic attack like symptoms

This is the second time this has happened to me in the last couple of weeks and I'm not sure what it is.

First time I was at work and talking to my colleague next to me. Suddenly felt really faint like I was going to pass out and then a sudden feeling similar to a panic attack. It felt really awful and I had to excuse myself from the conversation.

2nd time just happened now. I got disturbed from my sleep and was just lying here when I felt really light headed and then a panic attack feeling. I'm okay now after a few minutes but it's really distressing when it happens.

Has anyone experienced anything similar. Is it a panic attack/ lack of vitamins etc?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Does the light headedness have a dizzy feeling accompanying it? If so, it could be an ear infection.

Nobody can tell you here

Make a GP appoitment

Have you got a blood pressure & finger sats monitor
Try catch your readings when you feel like this

Do you feel well when this happens? How long does it last? Have you had any symptoms like with it and how do you feel afterwards?

It could be stress/worry/tiredness or something physical.
Have you had a period of stress?

It could be blood pressure, anaemia, circulation, diet.

I'd try stress management first, GP is it was bothering me. The chemist will do your BP.

Sounds like a panic attack , however, have you tested for covid lately? My latest Covid was feeling dizzy ( just trying to give alternatives)

Not intending to be rude, but, how old are you? When I first started menopause, I often felt dizzy and furious and like I wanted to bite someone's face off. (I didn't, but...) My heart rate would rise and then, bam, hot hot hot hot. Many minutes later I would feel exhausted but cooler and calmer.

Anaemia. I had exactly what you described twice...

Get a blood test.
