I think I might know what this is… Except the name! If it’s the same, my cousin had it too in the early to mid 90s (she’s now 37).

Row of joined shops - greengrocers, post office, that sort of thing. I possibly remember it having pastel colours and some cute, possibly slightly chunky dolls paired with it. Edited to add, it was slightly larger scale than you’d expect a toy like this to be. Chunkier plastic, but not a toddler-type chunky toy.
