Currently on a long car journey and wondering if anyone has any one has any recommendations for an audiobook my six year old may enjoy? Thanks!

My 7yo loves the little badman series. It's read by the author, and apparently it's hilarious.

My DC used to love You're a Bad Man Mr Gumm, there's a series of them and they were read by the author. I'm not sure what age they were but it can't have been much older than 6-8 yrs.

Not an audio book but They Might Be Giants have kids albums that mine used to love on a car journey. The most popular were Here Come the 123s and Here Come the ABCs.

How to train your dragon red by David tennant.

The wizards of once

Nevermoor

Narnia

My boys have loved all of these.

My now 7yo DS still loves listening to the magic faraway tree books by Enid Blyton. Narrated by Kate Winslet. May be a bit old fashioned for some but I loved reading them myself and introduced my kids to them so both my sons have enjoyed the stories.

Have a look at podcasts too.
