I feel like I’ve let myself go a bit the last few months, started a new job and didn’t have such a priority in exercise and eating well. As a result I think I’ve caught bug after bug, I’ve currently got this horrible cold which has lingered for a few weeks and turned in to a chest infection.

Usually eating well and exercising works well for me but wondering what else I should be doing. Vitamins? Ecinacea? Some other witchcraft?

My friend swears by vitamin C tablets with zinc, they come in a tube at chemists and I get mine in Sainsburys. You dissolve the tablet in water and it makes an orange drink, there’s probably other flavours, I also take vit D in winter as don’t get much sunlight on me in the winter days and a multivitamin B or b12.

that is based on what I feel I need. The vit C tablets I do find help when I’ve a cold or been ill. Friend takes them every day and never seems to be ill but I just take them if I’m feel yuk.

id read up on the various vitamins and see what you feel you need or perhaps keep it simple and have a multi vitamin. I buy mine at supermarkets and find them cost effective others may argue if you buy cheap you get an inferior product.

Following as I need advice. I'm ill 80% of the time with back to back colds.
I do everything I can think of such as high strength vitamin c and zinc, vitamin D, multivitamins, lots of fruit and veg, exercise. I'm still always ill.
