Can anyone suggest European city break destinations that won't be really cold, for a romantic weekend at the end of January? We were initially thinking of Venice but it looks like that's going to be 2-4 degrees plus acqua alta isn't unusual at that time of year. Something around 10 degrees would be ideal....
