Affixing Christmas Lights to Underside of a concrete ridge tile

Any ideas how?

We have a brick wall to one side topped with concrete ridge tiles and I'd love to string up some lights to the underside of the ridge tile overhang. I cba drilling or nailing into the brick. Any bright ideas?

Thank you - I'm not sure if they'll stick but I can try!

Thick rubber band round the tile with a paper clip on the underside?

If the wall has something each end you can tie something round you could do a tight wire (or string) and clip the lights to the wire with pegs?
