I appear to have inherited one very unexpectedly. Its owned outright so seems daft to sell when they generate an income.
Any air bnb hosts around?
It is very small but in a cry charming touristy place. It needs a new bathroom and a general tidy bit think I might get it open for business next summer.
If holiday let isn't a goer I will look for a long term tenant but assume holiday income is greater though more faffing.
I'm assuming I need a cleaner, accountant etc.
What do I need to know?
