What size dressing gown?

For an adult male, wears M underwear, tops either M/L. Would you get a M or L dressing gown??

Do you know their chest and waist measurements?

Bigger the better for a dressing gown! I'd go XL.

I'd go L.

Difficult to know without seeing the cut and knowing preference of the wearer. Get a gift receipt (if relevant).

I'd also size up for a dressing gown, you want them roomy and comfy. Mine is a full 3 sized bigger than I am!

I'd probably go Large, alaywa better to be roomier with a dressing gown. They tie up so if there's a little excess it really won't matter once it's tied. Too small would be a problem though. At a M/L in tops I wouldn't have thought a L dressing gown could ever be far too big even if it is roomy.
