DP gets cold sores (been together 10 years) and I’ve never had one but i had the feeling of a spot on my lip over the last few days and today where the spot is, is very swollen like I’ve been punched!
It is tender to touch but doesn’t itch or sting. It has a white head after the shower which I popped (had to!!) and some blood came out too.
Does this sound like a cold sore or a spot? I’m nervous as I was kissing my baby’s cheek yesterday and I’m worried in case I touched her mouth!
