Should I go to hospital with these symptoms

Not really sure what to do as I feel ok in general but since about tea time I’ve had the following symptoms and it’s starting to bother me a bit -

*Sort of dull deep pain in my right chest
*The same pain but worse on my back more or less straight through from the chest pain

• Jaw/bottom lip/lower face feels numb and tingly
• both lower arms and hands and feet feel tingly and numb, like the feeling in my face

I’d get someone to drive you to ED to get checked out. It could be a number of things, but no one on mumsnet is going to be able to assess you
