Did anybody request an invite for this?

I requested an invite last week but so far had nothing. It says invites sent out between 22nd - 25th November, but nobody I know has received an invite either.

Did anybody else request one?

It says on Amazon that all invites have been claimed.

I have just been speaking to customer service to clarify the different dates people have and was told the deal has been extended until 27th, hence why some are having a date range until then. My dates were until today (25th) and i haven't had an invite sent, but the adviser checked and said its extended until the 27th. Also, apparently they even email you to say if you haven't been selected, so either way you should get an email with either good news or disappointing news

I spoke to an advisor from Amazon and told me to wait until the end of the day as emails are still being sent out. He said I will definitely get one by the end of the day. Not sure if that was him just wanting me to hear what I want to hear and he could carry on with his day.

I've just been told by customer services that if the date we were given is 25th then that will be the deadline and if an email isn't received by the end of the day then those people have been unsuccessful. Mine hasn't been extended until 27th.

Seems like they are just telling customers anything then...bit of a joke if they can't be clear about the whole thing

I've just had an email to say they ran out of invite only deals, so basically I was unsuccessful.

I went back and spoke to customer service and the person this time confirmed the dates you are sent n your email are the dates it's running for that person, and if it was to be extended for you then they will email you to inform you.

Then moments later I got an email to say the deal was very popular and there are no more invites left (for the date range i was given) but to check out some other great deals on similar items, with a link.

So I missed out/was unlucky, and assume anyone else expecting an invite up until the 25th might also have been unlucky if not invited by now. So good luck to those with a date until the 27th, you still have a chance

@Franaka we just got the same email. But our date was the 27th. Looks like they have just ran out.

Do not believe this. Amazon trying to tease you and you will get an email that they are running out of invite only items. But then they offering you similar items, genius right? it means amazon is tricking customers doing this kind of bad strategy.

After a bit of looking around I found a great deal on a TV that is actually better for what we need in the Richer Sounds sale.
Are those of you who received the Amazon one, happy with it?

Sure- this is what we went for!
I decided the Amazon one was bigger than we needed, and the Phillips gets really great reviews. It was well worth the extra money especially with the free extended warranty. I did it through Topcashback plus claimed the £10 off on an order over £100 bringing it down to just over £210

I went a bit extreme, after not getting the invite I looked around and found the Samsung frame TV 55 inch. A lot more pricey vs the Amazon TV offer but my better half also wanted a very large canvas for the living room wall, of a picture we took in NZ and it was quite pricey to get done due to the size we wanted, so I figured this TV can combine that desire of the large canvas with the benefit of a new TV and the two can blend quite well (going off all the reviews online) and it also would be cheaper than getting the canvas made and a new TV separately.
