Just got one from Avanti West Coast.

Because we know you've been nice this year. We'll show you what stress-free travel looks like

FFS. Just concentrate on making the trains run on time at an affordable price!

Every year I get one from Ocado which starts 'Did you think we'd forgotten?' I forgive them this because there will be a £10 voucher attached to spend on wine or chocolate. I hate the language, though.

Anybody else?

“Deals to jingle your bells at” was one I got earlier. Cringe

I know right. They should just say oi here's £5 off when you spend £50 if you fancy it.

Yes! Keep it simple, give me money off. Does anybody spend more because an email was couched in this relentlessly cheery way?

Omg I get so annoyed with the 'How was it for you?' emails you seem to get every time some company wants feedback. The euphemism wasn't particularly funny the first time I heard it, even worse when every company uses the same line!!

I get emails from NCP car parks 'what's coming up' which just lists a load of random events around the country.... I'm not going to book tickets for them just because they happen to be near an NCP car park?!?
