It says you need a minimum of 2000 points to be eligible. Is that the reason they didn't get it?

Nope, not in this case, out of all of us we had the least points and they were worth £70.

We have shopped in Sainsburys for 20 years . We let our points build up and 10 years ago used them to buy a tv . Since then we've never claimed a single point back and have built up £ 748 ish points worth ( dh jokes it will be a part of our pension ) so you'd think we'd receive the invite . But nope not a word. I've screenshot my balance as proof . Remember this is 10 years worth !

I've just cancelled my Sainsbury's delivery pass. They can give their vouchers to whomever they like of course! Just as I can shop where I like. I've been meaning to move since they got rid of so many staff, introduced the receipt scans at the tills that make you feel like they definitely think you want to steal from them, and cheat on the substitution guarantee by giving you smaller sizes. So now I will actually swap to ocado.

I didn’t either and I’m pissed! It’s stupid that they randomly pick. I’ll probably change anyway because my big Sainsbury’s just took out all but 2 of their staffed tills and put in a bunch of the self serve ones.
