How do I get my mojo back ?

I'm struggling to get up in the mornings, to get motivated or get going. I'm sitting staring at my work laptop screen not doing much work. I feel in a daze/trance. I'm over eating. I'm in a slump. I just want to sleep. I've lost all my energy, passion or enthusiasm for anything and everything. I'm becoming a shadow of myself. How the hell do I get out of this ?

Sorry to hear this. Do you think you might be depressed? That was my first thought. If so, a visit to the doctor would be wise.
I do find that the less I do the less I want to do. I start to become very lethargic and can get stuck in a rut of doing nothing.
Small things like have a 30 minute walk before I start work make a huge difference. It seems to wake up my body and mind. I do the same at the lunchtime. Good healthy foods also give me a boost.
