I’m thinking of signing up to the Zoe app. I have a bit of weight to lose but my main goal would be to try and eat better and improve health. I hope that by seeing blood sugar on a screen might change my way of thinking about what I eat.
But, for the year it would be £600 (I think I’d need a year to really change my mindset). Not sure if it’s worth it? Does it actually work?
Also, do you have to record everything you eat (including weights) as I don’t think I’d have the time or inclination to do that.
