Ds1 is in his play at 6th form college. His primary school didn't do a play after year 3 (which cost us £1 for each adult and our 2 babies were both free.) Secondary school didn't do a play while he was there. He's now at 6th form college and in the musical so I went to book tickets. I knew it would be more expensive than primary school but it was £15 for an adult and £13 for a child! Our local pantomime cost less than that. We will go and pay but the price for us all is the same as a week's shopping! I just didn't expect to have to pay that much to see 16-18 year olds in a college play.
