What increase can I expect please £ 6.5% pay rise

My pay each month after tax/pension and national insurance is 1145. What can I expect please with a 6.5% pay rise. Thank you. Pro rata term time

No, the 6.5% isn't flat for everyone.

Taking it to extremes, if your FTE earnings were 19,250, it's 10%.
If your FTE salary was £192,500 it would be 1%

The actual percentage depends on your full time equivalent salary.

It's £1 an hour increase for everyone.
