PMS symptoms

Anyone else get lightheaded and dizziness on their period? Always feel really spaced out and rough. I also get achey legs. Is this normal? I thought I might be anemic but my doctor says I'm not so no idea about the weird lightheaded feeling.

Pain extending down the legs is a common symptom I think. Is the dizziness caused by pain do you think? I feel woolly headed and spaced out for the first day or too and could sleep for England (apart from when the cramps are bad).

@Wotrewelookinat I get lightheaded a couple days before hand and then throughout. I'm sure it's related to my cycle.
