Parcel said delivered but it wasn't and they have no photo etc. Have logged it 10 days ago and got a message say they'd respond in 24 hours. Obviously didn't and I get the same message each time I chase them.
Came from deebop so no buyer protection etc (well done DS!)
Anyone have any idea how to actually speak to someone or what our next step is please?
