it's a whole-class birthday party one

Last month I put down a deposit to secure a kids party booking for January (venue is quite popular and gets booked up fairly far in advance). Venue limit is 20.

DC class currently has 19 kids in, all good for a whole class party, or so I thought.

Since I booked it, one more child has joined the class and there are apparently another two on their way between now and Christmas. So there will be at least 22 in class by party day.

Do I send out invites to all 22 and just really cross my fingers that a couple of kids can't make it?

Send out invites now, once people have RSVP'd if there is space, invite the newcomers. You don't know them and they're not here yet so you can't invite them anyway.

Agree with this.

First poster is exactly what I was going to suggest. Quick do it now!

I'm personally very stressed out that you've not already sent invitations 😅
