Non stick or stainless steel?

What is your saucepan preference?! At the moment we have a mix but our non stick ones are wearing out and some of them are also really slow to heat up on our induction hob. I want to replace them but I’m unsure what type to get!

Stainless steel. Had a set of Stellar stainless steel saucepans for 20 years - used every day and they look like new.

Bought the same set for my DD about 10 years ago and they are also immaculate. They also come with a lifetime guarantee.

It depends what you are cooking - stainless steel is fine for boiling pasta, rice, veg, making soups etc, but I would also want a nonstick pan for something like scrambled eggs or porridge and good nonstick frying pans.

Some of both. A set of of good stainless saucepans. Cheaper large and small non stick pans and frying pans because they just give up after a few years, however much or little they cost.
