Dc room- who's in small?

Dd10 & ds7 have been sharing room, we will now be able to give them own room. The problem is 1 is a big room and 1 is box room. My dd has a high sleeper at moment and ds mid sleeper.
We will ask them but I'm wondering about who gets which room. I'd naturally say dd as the oldest gets the big room but ds still plays with toys so would be good for him to have it and if he's in box room we will have to get a high sleeper for him.

Oldest gets the biggest room, youngest may play with toys but once Dd hits teenage years she will start spending a lot more time in her room.
