Food ideas for dog please

Morning. My dog is an old girl now and is having trouble with food. She is now on a diet of pasta/rice and chicken. This is to stop her being sick.
She has lost a bit of weight and I need to build her up. Any ideas what snacks/food might help with this? Nothing too heavy on her stomach.
I've just bought some dog frankfurters which are going down a treat.

would she eat cooked lean beef mince with some grated carrot thrown in?

Have you tried tins of chappie? It tends to be pretty good on stomachs.

I used to buy packs of frozen plain white fish for mine when she got old and cook them up for her. Also scrambled egg.
Extra protein can help them put on a bit of weight.

Tins of Butchers Tripe, eggs as above, pasta and rice won't really help as they can't digest them properly.

My dog went through a horrendous period of stomach illness this summer. She was on the chicken and rice diet for a while because she could keep absolutely nothing else down.

Now she has anallergenic dog food - fewer allergens than hypoallergenic: https://www.animeddirect.co.uk/royal-canin-anallergenic-small-dog-dry-food?_gl=11s5w10d_up*MQ..&gclid=CjwKCAjw-KipBhBtEiwAWjgwrLAkJreFXCYR-ijY6KtziExQkYXarSc5d9QOcugSE-yjMjZ5lygiEBoC4LgQAvD_BwE

We mix this with a tablespoon of boiled/shredded chicken and she absolutely wolfs it down and keeps it down.

I've also heard that Chappie is good for older dogs and sensitive stomachs.

Mine gets food from a butternut box which is basically freshly cooked, human-grade food that's sent out frozen. It's solved all digestive issues, but it's not the cheapest option. You can usually get a hefty discount on a trial box though.

Some great ideas, thanks. She loves carrots and I will add some Chappie to my food order.
I will definitely treat her to some eggs - she will think Christmas has come early!
