Just wondered if anyone had found switching to nut milk from dairy made their digestion worse?
I’ve always been fine until about two years ago when I started getting mild IBS symptoms- bloating, wind and discomfort. I’ve been trying to work out whether anything caused it and realised it’s roughly when I switched from dairy to nut milk. I hadn’t made the association because I’d been assuming the switch would be good for my digestion rather than bad.
Am going to switch back as an experiment but wondered if anyone else had had this?
