2 weeks ago I purchased a tablet from Amazon for £179.99 but used clearpay for payment. I had to change the delivery address but to do this I needed the card details I had used to pay because I had used clearpay I didnt know how to get the card details back again to confirm so I cancelled the order.
The first payment was taken out of my bank and it still shows as an outstanding balance on my clearpay account.
I am going round in circles with both Amazon and clearpay. Amazon state the order was cancelled so I wasnt charged, clearpay say I need to wait for Amazon to refund me... I've rang Amazon today again who said I need to ring my bank and give them an access code for a refund, this isnt going to solve the issue as the balance would still be outstanding on clearpay.
Does anybody know how to approach this situation or who I actually even need to approach?
