Lost email containing Theatre tickets - help

I usually add all tickets to my Apple wallet- however I didn’t on this occasion and appear to have deleted the email containing them. I double checked bank statement and definitely purchased them in August for event in Dec through ATG tickets. I could cry 😭.

No order number, just payment details, the details of event and a rough idea of where we should be sitting. Any ideas on how to fix this? 😭😭😭

Phone ATG up. I had to sort something out and they were incredibly helpful.

Have you actually tried contacting ATG? Seems like the obvious solution.

Phone the theatre. I mislaid some tickets for a performance, but they had a record of it so were able to sort it out.

There must be some way around it. What if your phone had broken and you couldn't access them or something.
Ring them up and hopefully they'll be able to help.

Yes phone them, they will have a copy of your order as they have your email address so it should be ok I’m sure. I had an event this evening and they sent me an email this week reminding me and checking I had tickets which included the following wording ….. the bit about resending tickets was a link so you should be fine.

“Here is some essential information to make sure your visit goes smoothly. Enjoy the show!

Can't find your tickets?
Try searching 'atg' in your inbox and spam/junk folders, or find out about resending tickets”

ATG have brilliant customer service representatives. I've had to contact them a few times for things like this and they were always really helpful.

I have looked through all folders. Looked on ATG website and it said I needed the order number. I will call them tomorrow, only realised and panicked after they closed tonight.

I appear to have deleted my deleted. I’m normally meticulous.

Will definitely call them in the morning and hopefully between email address and order date thru can help.

I normally type the word theatre into the search and my email appears. Have you tried that?

I thought I must have done similar with AGT tickets recently and they were deep in my junk folder. While I was panicking I think you could create/sign into your AGT account and find them there.

I often can't find emails on my phone but when I look on my laptop I can find them. Hope you get it sorted.

Did you definitely receive the tickets at the time of purchase? I purchase tickets regularly for theatre shows via ATG and only receive the tickets via email two weeks prior to the event.

I had this problem…am crap with admin! I called the theatre and they resent the email. It was for Les Mis if that helps!

I agree with pp. If you have a laptop then look using that. DH can't find lots of emails/folders or certain banking links on his phone/apps but I can find everything on the laptop using a browser. I even managed to find 6 unread emails and he didn't realise he had any unread. I find apps are useless compared to using a browser tbh.

Have you got more than one email address? I had an absolute panic earlier this year thinking I'd messed up booking tickets for a subsequently sold out event. I was convinced I'd bought them but resigned myself to the fact that I mustn't have. Then I realised that I'd just used a different email address at checkout 😳

I got sent a reminder for a theatre visit I'd completely forgotten about and couldn't find my eticket email

I emailed them back and managed to get it sorted out also via ATG
