I am taking my mum for a birthday lunch. I’ve narrowed it down to Ritz Restaurant or Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

Please help me decide.

Dinner by heston its my all time favourite from 2011 and I save it for special occasions

I assume you have taken your mother's preferences into consideration? I would not like either of those, but I am picky and don't like my food over-fancified.
