What should DD wear for her interview?

DD, 15 has an interview at a local cafe so work Saturdays. It’s quite a cool place (if that makes any difference). She normally wears hoodies, trainers, crop tops that sort of thing so no idea what she should wear to go along and see them.

What would your DC wear? I’m happy to buy her something new if necessary.

I'd get her a shirt and she can wear black jeans or leggings. a hoodie on top is fine.

What do the staff there wear? I'd emulate that as much as possible.

Mine wore polo neck and black school trousers for interviews.

If I was interviewing I think the suggestion above - black polo and black trousers would work. Shows she's made an effort but not a formal shirt/suit outfit.

Clean -casual (just created a new dress code!! Not smart casual but not scruffy casual)

Clean non ripped Jeans
Clean trainers
Clean plain jumper - eg black polo neck is ideal
No crop tops / low cut tops
No joggers
No large false nails or lashes (might me on me this - sometimes they look ridiculous)
No dirty looking fake tan
