Anyone awake? I’m sat here sobbing due to marriage break up and can’t stop being sick. What a bloody mess 😭

@Namechangeforthisonly10 sorry to hear about your insomnia. Things been rocky for a while but I thought we were working on it. Husband has been messaging/having an affair with another woman. I’ve no idea what the truth is and I’m devastated. Have older kids (not his) who are angry with him. It’s just a mess.

I have been through a break up and yes is awful. There is no easy answer as everything is so long and painful, finding out things and what to d8 etc. just take time, lean on friends and accept it is painful

Thank you and sorry you’ve been through it. This is my second marriage - my previous husband cheated on me as well but I definitely don’t remember being this devastated. I can’t eat or think straight. Managed to get through an event yesterday and then got home and lost the plot at him.

I am just totally thrown by how upset I am about it all.

Oh I'm over mine a long time ago...the ending wasn't bad like yours but encouragement is when you come out the other side it is much better. Glad you are feeling a teeny bit better. Will take time and tears afraid to say
