breakfast: eggs and proscuito
lunch: salad leaves, cheese, chicken
evening: salmon & broccoli

When I did keto, I had the 'carb manager' app on my phone. Their website also had lots of recipe ideas, for both keto and low carb.
I recall eating lots of asparagus, spinach and alternatives to potatoes like baked radishes and daikon.
Cauliflower florets baked until just turning brown are much better than boiled or steamed cauli- which leaves them soggy. The florets can be drizzled with a tahini/lemon sauce as a side, or mashed to a deliciously, nutty mash.
Ground almonds make a good alternative to used instead of bread crumbed coatings.

Courgettes & mushrooms - instead of pasta
Cauliflower - rice
Little gem - surprisingly useful instead of bread / wraps
Spinach / kale
Cabbage
Brussels
Green beans
Eggs - so so so many eggs for snacks
Greek yoghurt
Frozen berries
Heaps of salad leaves / cucumber / tomatoes / peppers
Avocado
Mixed seeds
Ground almonds
Celery
Fish / smoked fish / ham / meat
Smoked salmon
Streaky bacon
Cottage cheese
Cream
Creme fraiche
Cheese
Brazil nuts & almonds

I'm flexi low carb now - Keto sent me down a very disordered eating path due to a history of that but now I'm just low carb day to day with treat / social exemptions!
