Worry about my daughter’s friend?

Background:
daughter and friend, 23, have lived together for about 6 months now and have been splitting bills and so far it has gone smoothly. However my daughter has had some issues with overspending and it’s obviously pissed her friend off as she’s having to pick up the slack.
Daughter’s had stern words from me and her dad, we have chipped in to cover for our daughter so it’s all sorted, she’s on budgeting plans and they’re receiving support on bills reductions as daughter is on PIP and UC

but I noticed her friend has seemed quite distant and appears to show very little emotion. She’s got a flat affect and she’s been making some worrying comments in relation to terrorism, having a mark on your name, being on a watchlist etc…how do I deal with this? She’s like my niece as we have known her since she was born pretty much and both her parents are LC with her but do I need to protect my daughter?

I noticed a massage change so I have tried to talk to her (the friend) and she is pleasant but her views have drastically changed since I last met her which was over 2 months ago..it’s making me feel uneasy

If you google 'prevent' this might have some good advice although I'm not sure if this is for under 18s or included young adults too

This needs reporting OP. Prevent relates to anyone.
