Any suggestions for gifts for my long suffering neighbours during renovations?

I had work done in the house recently, and it was NOISY. It took three months. I was lucky enough to be able to stay elsewhere, but my poor neighbours on either side had to live with it. They were absolutely great and said, it was no problem and that I wasn't to worry at all. Weren't they so tolerant!

Anyway I'm back now and I haven't seen them around (maybe they emigrated in case I do any more work 😂).

So coming up to Christmas I will make it up to them with a gift of some sort. about 50-75 quid each family. One side are young 30 ish with a young child, and the other are retired but active.

I am stumped TBH. I don't really want to give chocolates and I am not sure if they drink alcohol. So help me please! Voucher and flowers maybe? Some of you may have some nice ideas. BTW I always give the kid next door a pressie for Christmas anyway, so this would be for the households really as a thank you. Gosh I do go on don't I?

Pay for a nice meal? Or a voucher for a nice meal?

I'm getting a Christmas hamper for some friends who have been really helpful at giving lifts to one of my DCs recently but won't accept any petrol money. You can get quite a variety of things in them so hopefully there'll be something that everyone in the family likes.
