Have you ever woke up panicking your were late for school

I still wake up on a Sunday with anxiety that I can't remember what my maths homework is.

Im.50 and still.Have dreams that im.doing my maths GCSE ,and haven't prepared at all.

Yes! This week. Also panicking because I hadn't done my homework. Im 52 😂

Oh yes I’ve done that many times! I’ve also woken up in a panic that I’ve got my final exams at Uni and haven’t revised. It’s 20+ years since I did my finals.

Im guessing they’re linked to stress/ anxiety.

I woke in a panic the other morning that I hadn’t been to visit my horse for days and hadn’t paid the stables for her keep - I haven’t owned that particular horse for 30 years! I have had other horses since then, but this was about a specific one.

Yes! The panic even causes me to be frantically looking for my uniform when I wake up, trying to think of an excuse to tell the school about why I’m late. My brain eventually catches up. 😆

No but I do remember walking up one morning at 2 o'clock and being convinced it was the afternoon and that it was a strangely dark day and we'd all slept in. I tried waking everyone but no-one was stirring so I went to watch TV for a while and when the test screen came on I realised it was morning!

I've always got essays due in my dreams. Really long deadlines so that when it's almost time I've forgotten what the assignment was.

I was in a play last night and hadn't learnt the lines. Was v glad to wake up!

My dad did that once he used to.work.shifts and would do 7-3 or 3-11
One morning his alarm went.off got up ,got ready had his breakfast and went to the car it was 2.30 am.
