UGH just feeling really down :(
I am 4ft 10 and about 9 stone, so I'm not very overweight, but I'm bordering on overweight/slightly over and I just look so dumpy in everything.
I've resorted to baggy jumpers and leggings but I'm meeting a friend today for drinks. I tried 7 outfits on, everything just CLINGS to me. I carry weight all over but mostly lower belly, bum and thighs and face, and just generally have a puffy appearance, my neck is awful! I have about 4 red rings from the folds!
I'm awaiting blood test results for thyroid/hormones.
I was doing intermittent fasting. I lost 5lbs, but this week is pre-period week and I have endometriosis and IBS (constipation). I've not properly done the toilet in about 5 days now. My belly is swollen like I'm pregnant.
My sister is actually pregnant and for a laugh we compared bellies, and mine is like a basketball! I look like I'm 25 weeks 😪😪😪😪
Anyway, I've now got a floaty dress on, loose tights, boots and going to throw on a coat and just hide my body, be comfy and try and have a good day 🥲🥲🥲
