I'd love to see some examples of Real People's weight loss graph if anyone who had lost a lot of weight has been geeky enough to keep one? And happy to share!? (Anonymised obviously)

I'm near the beginning of a long journey and keep reading that wl isn't linear, that some weeks it will go up and that Wight fluctuates daily/monthly anyway.

I'd really love to see a graph showing the ups and downs if anyone has one..

Ah actually found lots on reddit.

A great one shows a good loss overall but after each monthly loss it gains around the period, plateaus then drops again. This is so helpful to see that having gain weeks monthly can eb okay and still lead to weightless over all

My 5:2 weight loss. I could talk a lot about this period on my life but don't have time right now. I feel the 5:2 approach is too rapid a way to lose weight. There is a research paper from around this time that was, as I recall, one if the first to shed some light on why rapid weight loss tends to be unsustainable in the long run... I'll have to have a dig around for that. 50% of the reason I set out to lose some weight was to try and understand the journey my anorexic daughter went on - I was surprised at what I learned from the experience.
