Yep! I have chronic pain located in my pelvic area, I have a few diagnosis' but it's believed something undiagnosed is causing the worst of it 🙄 I never had a pain issue before my youngest was born and never ever had any kind of period pain either. As soon as my pain problem started I also started with the period pain. It tends to begin about 4 days before I come on and gets worse by the day, then drops down to my usual everyday pain by about day 2/3 of my period.
Luckily I have strong prescription painkillers that I can adjust the dose on to suit otherwise I'd be curled up in agony

I use strong painkillers daily so very grateful as I have no Idea how I could function. Same as others, period pain makes it even worse.
