I have been signed of work a number of times due to ongoing back issues (2 slipped discs which are causing severe sciatica)
Work have been really understanding and have been really helpful when I've tried to go back to work
I've been told I need to have a review meeting and possibly get occupational involved.. should I be worried ?
I've got 2 appointments coming up for my back issue, and work have said they won't do the meeting till I've had my appointments to see what I'm told my next steps are etc..
Just wondering what I should expect?
