... who would you have as the THREE headliners? You can pick anyone, not just alive or dead, but from any particularly peak period of their career.

I've thought this through a bit this morning and decided I'd go for

Bowie 1973 - obviously this doesn't give him much back catalogue but I think it'd be an electrifying performance

Britney, 'Blackout' period 2007, but including a run through her older iconic hits

Public Enemy circa 1988 - huge energy and dynamism, 'Black Steel', 'Don't Believe The Hype', 'Bring the Noise' and so on.

I think that was probably peak Britney, with Public Enemy and Bowie from these periods having a lot to prove and feeling they need to earn their place at the top of the bill, so bringing everything to it. (I'm imagining a huge music festival here, not my own garden).

They're all very distinct so there would be a really interesting shift of vibe and mood between each of the three acts, and I don't think any of them would dominate obviously over the others (whereas if you booked Bono he'd try to take over the entire show).

Might change my mind but I hope this is an interesting Friday game!

Elvis Presley - the early days before he started mucking about with the songs.
Deep Purple - All there iconic songs plus a few less known ones, I like.
Kylie Minogue - the Pop Princess is a secret (not any longer) love of mine 😀

Meat Loaf from the early 90s so we can have songs from Bat Out of Hell and the sequel
Bruce Springsteen from the late 80s
Billy Joel from the early 90s
