Please help I'm not sure what to do

Started with horrendous uti symptoms yesterday lots of blood and like weeing razor blades, it was awful for about 3 hours and then it went away again.

Today the same thing but I had so much blood when I wiped i thought I might have started my period but I haven't. Then again just agony when passing the blood at the end of the pee, and this time it was just blood not blood mixed with wee.

Went for a bath with bi carb and needed to pee whilst in the bath (sorry) thought it might be easier to pee in the bath, it was but I also passed 2 massive blood clots from my urethra, my whole vulva feels sore and horrible.

I went for another wee about 20 mins later and no blood at all but I still feel shaky and sore. My side hurts so much.

I've messaged the online system for the gp and got no response. 🤦‍♀️ is it worth calling 111 or just go to the drs in the morning?

Infections like this can turn to sepsis very quickly. You must seek medical attention asap.

If this happens again in the future ask your GP for an emergency appointment straight away.

How old are you? You may need a urology referral too. How many times have you had blood in your urine?

I'm 32 and I've had 2 episodes of bloody urine in the last 2 months. I've called 111

I would push for a urology referral too or pay for a private one think it’s about £200.00. Two episodes of blood and heavy ones as you describe them to be in two months needs to be investigated beyond UTI parameters (imo) but I’m not a dr but I still would want a consultants input.

Just an update I was admitted to resus with sepsis and now I'm on a ward on I've antibiotics. Hr was 170 and temp was 39.9
