Relapse and numbness on escitaloprám

I've been taking an ssri for 10 years, I've been on the current one for 2.5 ish (escitaloprám) . It's overall best I've been on. But in the time I've been in meds I've still had ups and downs and probably relapses. Obviously normal life events too which do impact mental health.

I'm now not feeling good, I have lots going in at work and in my personal life. But I also feel vert numb. I feel like it might be masking a bit that I'm not doing particularly well. I'm noticing some behaviour and thoughts which are a bit of a not doing well sign.

I wondered if anyone had this numbness on escitaloprám and or has experience of not being well while on meds / relapsing. I'm wondering how I know if I'm getting unwell again. Any input would be welcome. Thanks
