I went away at the end of the summer. I was flying And the airline broke my electric wheelchair.
Cue for a crap hols ….
I was told to give them some information incl cost of the repair etc… it took me about 1.5 month after coming back (I needed to send the EW away etc…).
When I tried to upload the information, it came out that the airline had closed the claim. There was NO TIME LIMIT on when I needed to send the information back. Nor did they tell me about closing the claim either
Since then, I’m going on in a loop trying to have someone looking at what’s going on but I’m basically passed own from pillar to post with no answers.
So what’s the next step to involve someone outside the airline so it can be sorted out? Who could help?
