Scammers on Facebook market place

I have just listed an item slightly higher value than average on Facebook market place. I have already had "Can I send a courier to collect" and can I pay by PayPal. These might not be scammers, but I suspect they probably are.
I have decided to deliver the item, even though I don't usually as worried about shady characters turning up to the house!

Reddit has a group called r/scams here https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/ and anyone should go at least once there because the variations on scams are endless. Highly educational!
