How to get glue of clothing

For some inexplicable reason, a friend of my DC put pritt-stick glue on her blazer today, all over the shoulder. Any ideas how I can clean it off?

Blazer is machine washable.

I’d probably try hairspray first.

I got some glue off a sweatshirt by soaking it in white vinegar and then washing it off. It did take about 5 rounds though - which the sweatshirt was fine with but might not be good for a blazer

Put some kitchen roll over the affected part then iron over it at a low temperature. I haven't tried this with glue but it does work with candle wax and carpet.

Put it in the freezer. Once it's frozen it just peels off. It works.

Thank you. I'll give the freezer a go first.

Pritt stick is water soluble, just wash it

Is it a purple blazer?

No?

It was just that one of my students told me it had happened to her this week, right on the shoulder!
