I'm just wondering if anyone can help. I preordered a Speak Now cardigan in July for dd for Christmas. She’s a massive fan and would be so pleased.
However parcel arrived today with a few other items I ordered but cardigan is missing. Not sure if it’s coming separately but don’t think so as all items are listed on one despatch email and it’s on despatch note in parcel.
Problem is getting to speak to someone. I have left a message but got a message to say they will respond in five days. I can’t get anywhere with live chat - keeps coming back to leave a message. I’m not sure if I’m missing something.
I would like it sorted as soon as possible as I’m sure a replacement now isn’t likely.
I realise this isn’t the worst problem to have but I’m very disappointed and just wondered if anyone else has had similar problems or if anyone knows how to navigate live chat to get an actual person. Thank you.
