Has anyone bought shoes from Belk.com ?

I ordered some boots from belk.com about 10 days ago, the money has been taken from my bank account but no boots yet. I know they have to ship from America and I didn't use the express rate but I was told usually they arrive in about 4 to 7 days standard shipping.

I can't find the email confirmation with my order number on. It's a bit concerning, really.

so have I been scammed?

@RecoveringBorderline, Belk is a reputable company. I live in the U.S. and order from them several times a year. I’ve also shopped in a few of their stores. I looked up some of my orders and found that those items took 7-10 days to arrive. Don’t give up hope!
