Long story short my friend went to Uganda in December and fathered a child. He’s been paying direct CMS since March as mum wasn’t living in a safe place. Her and baby are now in Kampala in a gated community.
Baby was born in October, has a birth certificate, he’s had a DNA test which confirms he is the father.
Mum has a Rwandan passport and baby can have a British one.
Are the only visas possible spousal? So friend would move to Uganda for 2 years so they could all be together and have proof for the British govt and come back here on that basis?
