I went to collect my express Asda order earlier and it simply had not been prepared, they said my order number was not on their system even though I ordered directly from Asda website. My order showed as preparing on the app and not ready for collection, they managed to take the £100 out of my account though.
The first person I spoke to was apologetic and said it had happened loads over the weekend. The manager was pretty aggressive and said I must have ordered to a different store or Just Eat were to blame. When I showed the order on the app was directly through Asda and I was at the correct store she was a little bit nicer and said to phone X in the morning.
I'm raging, I had to go to Tesco on my way home and the reason I didn't go into the physical store in the first place is because I have panic attacks.
Has anyone else had this problem recently?
