Seller has had the parcels mixed up that she posted via royal mail. She's claiming it's their fault. I don't really mind who's fault it is, I'd just like my item. She's asked we'd be happy to post the parcel on to the other buyer and reimburse us. Which I am, however other buyer isn't going to be home till next Monday.
I've never had an issue with vinted before and can see some things on like mentioning 2 days to report a problem. Is this correct? It's not marked as being delivered on vinted yet as it was just sent 2nd class so not tracking.
