I'm due on this week, Thursday or Friday. I've had mild period pains for the last three days but today I am really struggling. Everything is so hard. Everything is harder than usual, more upsetting than usual, every interaction at work is more stressful and infuriating. I am tired, I'm emotional, I have pains, I am hungry. I hunger can only be satiated by shit food as well.
I just want to get into bed.
How can I make myself feel better? What do you do at this time of month to get you through?
