Looking for an alternative to nursing

I'm a qualified nurse and since returning from mat leave a year and a bit ago I've lost my way. I'm looking for an alternative job that isn't nursing but doesn't require me to retrain. I was assistant manager of a large care home prior to mat leave and returned as a staff nurse as I couldn't afford to put my child in nursery 5 days a week 9-5. I do part time hours atm 2 days a week. Looking for something around £21 per hour....,any ideas??🤷🏻‍♀️

It's still nursing but could you be a school nurse/school matron, the hours might be a bit better and it would be term time only?

I work in a hospital and we have several ex-nurses working in our department (project management). How are your admin/computer skills?.We find the nursing expertise very useful especially when working with clinical areas, but you would also need to learn project management expertise.
My sister was a nurse and took a research nurse post when she wanted to move away from clinical work.

@DilemmaDelilah they are pretty decent. I was "project lead" recently in my current job as we changed over to digital care plans. So maybe worth a look.
